Shipping Destinations

Gustvo ships worldwide, subject to delivery availability for the destination provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free. Any additional charges that apply to an order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 7–14 days. Products are shipped from our supplier’s warehouse, so orders are not dispatched from a Gustvo-owned warehouse.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 days. Delivery times may vary by destination and circumstances affecting the carrier or delivery route. Processing time and transit time are separate, so the total time from placing an order to receiving it may be longer than the estimated transit time.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided after dispatch. Please allow time for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them. Customs procedures may affect delivery times.

Delivery Issues
