Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

At Gustvo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to request a return or refund.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This 30-day return period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email gio.pro.ecom.help@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide instructions for the return.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return items in their original condition, with the original packaging and accessories where possible. You may inspect and handle an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at gio.pro.ecom.help@gmail.com. We will provide assistance and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable. We will cover reasonable return costs for items confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once a return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

Where a refund is legally required, we will process it within the applicable legal deadline.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please email gio.pro.ecom.help@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may have additional statutory rights, including cancellation rights for distance purchases and remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.
